1. Before You Request Deletion
You can ask Tundzha Games to delete the information we hold about your Chess Blast game account. Account deletion is permanent once it is completed, and deleted account data cannot be restored.
Deleting your account may remove or de-identify your online profile, saved progress, leaderboard activity, achievements, event history, linked account data, virtual items, and purchase-related game entitlements connected to that Chess Blast account.
Purchases, coins, boosters, collectibles, progress, rewards, and other virtual items cannot be transferred to another account after deletion. Refunds are handled by the marketplace where the purchase was made, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to that marketplace's rules.
2. How To Request Deletion
Open Chess Blast and go to Settings > Support > Delete Account. The Delete Account link opens this page so you can review what deletion means before contacting us.
To submit your request, email ardagulsun@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account Request" and write "Delete my Chess Blast account" in the message.
Please include any account details that help us find the right account:
- your Chess Blast player ID, if one is shown in the app;
- the email or platform account connected to your Chess Blast account, if any;
- your device platform, such as iOS or Android;
- your approximate last play date.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we process the deletion request.
3. Timing And Cancellation
We begin reviewing a deletion request after we receive enough information to identify and verify the account. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless we need more time because of law, security, fraud prevention, technical limitations, or marketplace requirements.
If you want to cancel a deletion request, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to cancel the request after deletion has started or after account data has already been deleted or de-identified.
4. What We May Keep
After account deletion, we may keep limited information where needed to comply with law, prove that we handled your request, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, protect players, prevent fraud or cheating, maintain bans, process marketplace records, or preserve de-identified analytics.
Information we keep for these purposes is used only for the purpose that requires retention and is kept only as long as needed.
5. Local App Data
Deleting your account removes or de-identifies online account data that Tundzha Games controls. To remove local data stored on your device, you may also need to delete Chess Blast from your device or clear the app's storage through your device settings.
