This Privacy Policy explains how Tundzha Games ("Tundzha Games", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use Chess Blast, including the mobile game, online features, cloud save, leaderboards, in-app purchases, support, and related services (together, the "Services").

Chess Blast is intended for launch in the United States, the European Union, and Turkey. Some privacy rights and controls may differ depending on where you live.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
Chess Blast is designed to be family-friendly. However, children 12 and under are not allowed to use the Services. If you are above the age of 12 but under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in your country if that is higher, you may use the Services only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
2. What Types Of Personal Data We Collect And How We Collect It
We may collect the following types of personal data, depending on how you use the Services, which features you use, and where you are located.
Personal Data Collected Directly From You
- Contact Information, such as your country or region, email address, username, or other contact details you provide when you contact us, request support, connect an account, or submit a privacy request.
- User Generated Content, such as messages, feedback, ratings, images, files, or other information you choose to send to us or provide through the Services.
- Profile and Gameplay Information, such as your display name, avatar or profile picture, in-game progress, scores, achievements, virtual items, purchases, challenges or competitions you enter, leaderboard activity, and details about how and when you use the Services.
- Survey, Promotion, or Event Information, such as feedback, ratings, responses, or other information you provide if we offer those features and you choose to participate.
- Request Information, such as information needed to review, verify, and respond to support, account deletion, or privacy requests.
Leaderboard information and other public profile information may be visible to other players.
Information We Collect Automatically
Depending on how you interact with the Services and where you are located, we and our service providers may automatically collect and process the following types of personal data:
- Analytics Data, such as information about how you use and interact with the Services, game events, feature interactions, service activity, performance information, and diagnostics.
- Device Data, such as device type, operating system, app version, language, region, technical settings, and similar device information.
- Approximate Location Data, such as country or region based on your device, platform settings, or IP address.
- Commercial Information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered in the Services.
- Advertising and Ad Interaction Data, such as device or advertising identifiers, ads shown, ad impressions, taps, video views, and related fraud-prevention, measurement, and diagnostic information.
Personal Data Collected From Third Parties
Most of the personal data we collect comes from you when you play Chess Blast or interact with the Services. We may also receive personal data from third parties in the following circumstances:
- Online Marketplaces: when you download Chess Blast or make in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other online marketplaces, we may receive information about your device, account, purchases, refunds, and related marketplace activity. We do not receive your full credit card or bank account details.
- Account Sign-In Services: if you choose to connect a supported account sign-in service, that service may provide information such as your account identifier, email address, display name, profile picture, or other information made available according to your settings.
- Service Providers: companies that help us operate, secure, analyze, diagnose, store, or support the Services may process information for us.
- Other Sources: we may receive information from public sources, third parties that have your permission to share information with us, or as part of a business transaction.
Chess Blast may also store some information locally on your device, such as save data, settings, and profile information. If you delete the app, local data may be deleted from your device, but information stored for online features may remain unless you use the Delete Account link in Settings > Support to open our account deletion request page and follow the instructions there, or contact us.
3. Purposes For Processing Your Personal Data
We may use your personal data for the following purposes, depending on how you interact with the Services and where you are located:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to create and manage your game profile or account;
- to save your progress, remember your settings, and support online features;
- to provide leaderboards, rankings, rewards, and other gameplay features;
- to process purchases, deliver virtual items, and manage purchase-related support;
- to provide, limit, personalize where permitted, measure, and secure advertising;
- to understand how players use the Services and improve gameplay, features, performance, and user experience;
- to communicate with you about support, privacy requests, account matters, and important service updates;
- to keep the Services fair, safe, and secure, including preventing fraud, cheating, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
- to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
4. Disclosure Of Your Personal Data
We may disclose personal data to the following types of third parties and in the following circumstances:
- Other Users: if you use public or online features, certain profile and gameplay information may be visible to other players, such as your display name, avatar or profile picture, ranking information, scores, achievements, and other public profile or gameplay information.
- Online Marketplaces and Platform Services: when you download Chess Blast, make purchases, request refunds, or use platform account controls through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other online marketplaces, we may disclose or receive information needed to provide those services. We do not receive your full credit card or bank account details from these marketplaces.
- Account Sign-In Services: if you choose to connect a supported account sign-in service, we may disclose or receive information needed to authenticate your account and provide connected account features.
- Service Providers: we may disclose personal data to companies that help us operate, secure, analyze, diagnose, store, improve, or support the Services, including providers that support customer service, payments, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, and related operations.
- Advertising Providers: we use Google AdMob to provide and measure ads. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related information for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud-prevention purposes, subject to applicable consent choices and device settings.
- Disclosures To Protect Rights, Safety, And Security: we may disclose personal data when we believe it is required or appropriate to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, protect our rights or the rights of others, prevent fraud, prevent cheating or abuse, or protect the safety and security of players and the Services.
- With Your Consent Or Direction: we may disclose personal data to third parties when you ask us to do so, consent to the disclosure, or use features that involve sharing information with others.
- Business Transactions: we may disclose personal data in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
5. Targeted Advertising
Chess Blast uses Google AdMob for third-party advertising. This includes optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits such as a hint, an undo, or a life, and may include interstitial ads at natural breaks between puzzles when that format is enabled.
Google AdMob may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, app launches, taps, video views, ads shown, crash or diagnostic information, and performance information. This information may be used to provide ads, measure advertising, perform analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve ad services. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Where required, Chess Blast requests an advertising consent choice before requesting ads. Where available, you can revisit that choice through Settings > Terms & Privacy > Ad Privacy. You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings. Withdrawing or declining consent does not necessarily remove all ads; it may result in limited or non-personalized ads where permitted.
We may also promote Chess Blast on third-party websites, apps, stores, or platforms. Those third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and settings. Where permitted, we may receive campaign, install, or performance information to understand the effectiveness of our promotions.
6. Legal Bases For Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Turkey's data protection laws apply, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, to provide the game, cloud saves, purchases, and other Services;
- legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, keeping them secure, preventing fraud, and resolving technical issues;
- consent, where required, such as for optional permissions or certain analytics or tracking choices if applicable;
- legal obligation, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection, platform, or law enforcement requirements.
7. Public Features
Some parts of Chess Blast are designed to be visible to other players. For example, leaderboards may show your display name, avatar or profile picture, ranking information, scores, achievements, and other public profile or gameplay information. Please do not use a display name or profile information that you do not want other players to see.
Chess Blast does not currently provide in-game chat or direct player messaging. If we add social or messaging features later, we will update this Privacy Policy.
8. Your Choices And Controls
You may have the following choices:
- use the Delete Account link in Settings > Support to open our account deletion request page and follow the instructions there;
- contact us at info@chessblast.com to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy assistance;
- disconnect or manage a supported sign-in provider through that provider's account settings, where applicable;
- manage App Store or Google Play purchase, subscription, refund, and payment settings through Apple or Google;
- reset or limit certain device identifiers through your device settings;
- disable notifications or device permissions through your device settings if those features are added or requested.
Deleting your account or data may permanently remove game progress, public profile information, virtual items, purchase-related benefits, and other information associated with your account, except where we must retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or security reasons.
9. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account or profile, preserve game progress, process purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal data unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.
Technical, diagnostic, analytics, and service data may also be retained according to the retention practices of our service providers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. Our service providers and platform services generally use encryption in transit and may encrypt data at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International Transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and other locations where app stores, platform services, hosting providers, analytics providers, diagnostic providers, and other service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms for international transfers.
12. Children, Teenaged Minors, And Parents
Chess Blast is designed to be family-friendly. However, children 12 and under are not allowed to use the Services.
If you are above the age of 12 but under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in your country if that is higher, you are a teenaged minor and must ask your parent or legal guardian to read this Privacy Policy. You may use the Services only with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian.
Some online features collect or process personal information, including profile information, gameplay progress, cloud save data, leaderboard data, purchase-related information, usage data, and diagnostics. Parents and legal guardians should review these features before allowing a teenaged minor to use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children 12 and under. If we learn that a child 12 or under has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by applicable law.
Chess Blast uses third-party ads as described in Section 5, including optional rewarded ads. Ad serving and personalization are subject to location, consent choices, age-related settings, device settings, and applicable law. We do not currently provide in-game chat or direct player messaging. If we add chat, messaging, or additional social features later, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store privacy disclosures.
Parents and legal guardians of teenaged minors may:
- review the personal information associated with the teenaged minor's account or profile;
- request correction or deletion of that information;
- use the Delete Account link in Settings > Support to open our account deletion request page and follow the instructions there;
- contact us at info@chessblast.com for privacy assistance;
- refuse further collection or use of the teenaged minor's personal information, subject to the fact that some online features may no longer work after deletion or refusal.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
13. Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including in the European Union, Turkey, the United Kingdom, or certain U.S. states, you may have rights to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request a copy or portability of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- appeal or complain to a data protection authority where applicable.
You can exercise rights through the Delete Account link in Settings > Support, which opens our account deletion request page, or by contacting info@chessblast.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
14. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party platforms and services, such as app stores, payment providers, supported sign-in providers, analytics providers, diagnostic providers, and hosting providers. Their processing of information may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies.
15. Changes To This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the effective date, posting the updated policy, or providing in-app notice where appropriate.
