Chess Blast is intended for launch in the United States, the European Union, and Turkey. Some privacy rights and controls may differ depending on where you live.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
Chess Blast is designed to be family-friendly. However, children 12 and under are not allowed to use the Services. If you are above the age of 12 but under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in your country if that is higher, you may use the Services only with permission from your parent or legal guardian.

We may collect the following types of personal data, depending on how you use the Services, which features you use, and where you are located.

Leaderboard information and other public profile information may be visible to other players.

Depending on how you interact with the Services and where you are located, we and our service providers may automatically collect and process the following types of personal data:
- Analytics Data, such as information about how you use and interact with the Services, game events, feature interactions, service activity, performance information, and diagnostics.

- Commercial Information, such as products or services purchased, obtained, or considered in the Services.
Personal Data Collected From Third Parties
Most of the personal data we collect comes from you when you play Chess Blast or interact with the Services. We may also receive personal data from third parties in the following circumstances:
- Online Marketplaces: when you download Chess Blast or make in-app purchases through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other online marketplaces, we may receive information about your device, account, purchases, refunds, and related marketplace activity. We do not receive your full credit card or bank account details.
- Account Sign-In Services: if you choose to connect a supported account sign-in service, that service may provide information such as your account identifier, email address, display name, profile picture, or other information made available according to your settings.
- Service Providers: companies that help us operate, secure, analyze, diagnose, store, or support the Services may process information for us.
- Other Sources: we may receive information from public sources, third parties that have your permission to share information with us, or as part of a business transaction.
Chess Blast may also store some information locally on your device, such as save data, settings, and profile information. If you delete the app, local data may be deleted from your device, but information stored for online features may remain unless you use the in-app delete account/data option or contact us.

We may use your personal data for the following purposes, depending on how you interact with the Services and where you are located:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to create and manage your game profile or account;
- to save your progress, remember your settings, and support online features;

- to process purchases, deliver virtual items, and manage purchase-related support;
- to understand how players use the Services and improve gameplay, features, performance, and user experience;

- Online Marketplaces and Platform Services: when you download Chess Blast, make purchases, request refunds, or use platform account controls through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other online marketplaces, we may disclose or receive information needed to provide those services. We do not receive your full credit card or bank account details from these marketplaces.
- Account Sign-In Services: if you choose to connect a supported account sign-in service, we may disclose or receive information needed to authenticate your account and provide connected account features.
- Service Providers: we may disclose personal data to companies that help us operate, secure, analyze, diagnose, store, improve, or support the Services, including providers that support customer service, payments, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, and related operations.
- Disclosures To Protect Rights, Safety, And Security: we may disclose personal data when we believe it is required or appropriate to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce our terms, protect our rights or the rights of others, prevent fraud, prevent cheating or abuse, or protect the safety and security of players and the Services.

Chess Blast does not currently show third-party ads in the game, use third-party advertising services in the game, or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms are used under certain privacy laws.
We may promote Chess Blast on third-party websites, apps, stores, or platforms. Those third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and settings. Where permitted, we may receive campaign, install, or performance information to understand the effectiveness of our promotions.
If we add third-party ads, ad-supported features, or targeted advertising to Chess Blast in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide any required notices or consent choices, and update any required app store privacy disclosures.

Where laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or Turkey's data protection laws apply, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, to provide the game, cloud saves, purchases, and other Services;

7. Public Features
Some parts of Chess Blast are designed to be visible to other players. For example, leaderboards may show your display name, avatar or profile picture, ranking information, scores, achievements, and other public profile or gameplay information. Please do not use a display name or profile information that you do not want other players to see.
Chess Blast does not currently provide in-game chat or direct player messaging. If we add social or messaging features later, we will update this Privacy Policy.
8. Your Choices And Controls
You may have the following choices:
- use the in-app delete account/data option to request deletion of your account and related data;
- contact us at ardagulsun@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other privacy assistance;
- disconnect or manage a supported sign-in provider through that provider's account settings, where applicable;
- manage App Store or Google Play purchase, subscription, refund, and payment settings through Apple or Google;
- reset or limit certain device identifiers through your device settings;
- disable notifications or device permissions through your device settings if those features are added or requested.
Deleting your account or data may permanently remove game progress, public profile information, virtual items, purchase-related benefits, and other information associated with your account, except where we must retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or security reasons.
9. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account or profile, preserve game progress, process purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or de-identify personal data unless retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment, dispute resolution, or backup purposes.
Technical, diagnostic, analytics, and service data may also be retained according to the retention practices of our service providers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. Our service providers and platform services generally use encryption in transit and may encrypt data at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and other locations where app stores, platform services, hosting providers, analytics providers, diagnostic providers, and other service providers operate. Chess Blast is designed to be family-friendly. However, children 12 and under are not allowed to use the Services.

You may use the Services only with permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian.
Some online features collect or process personal information, including profile information, gameplay progress, cloud save data, leaderboard data, purchase-related information, usage data, and diagnostics. Parents and legal guardians should review these features before allowing a teenaged minor to use the Services.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children 12 and under. If we learn that a child 12 or under has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as required by applicable law.
Chess Blast does not currently show third-party ads. We also do not currently provide in-game chat or direct player messaging. If we add ads, chat, messaging, or additional social features later, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required app store privacy disclosures.
Parents and legal guardians of teenaged minors may:
- review the personal information associated with the teenaged minor's account or profile;
- request correction or deletion of that information;
- use the in-app delete account/data option where available;

- refuse further collection or use of the teenaged minor's personal information, subject to the fact that some online features may no longer work after deletion or refusal.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
